Learn the Art of Coil Brazing

Explore multiple methods for moving slabs through the coil brazing process. We design and build coil brazers tailored to the unique requirements of copper and aluminum coil production. These systems support various core heights and lengths, providing flexibility for different plant layouts and product mixes.
There are many styles of coil brazers, each customized for copper and aluminum, ranging from tall to short, and they offer various methods for moving the slabs through the process.

Inline Belt Coil brazers

Inline belt-style brazers are the most common and the most flexible of all coil brazer types. The cores move from the inlet of the brazer to the exit and function well in most plants where material flow is linear.

Overhead Conveyor Brazers

When cores become very long, as is the case with condenser coils, the flange can be turned down to support the hanging core. This is where brazers with an overhead conveyor design can be used.
