Boost Production with a Brazing Cell

Take the guesswork out of heating and cooling. Use a brazing cell to automatically apply flux and wire feed, freeing up the operator’s time for handling and inspection. With a dual cell brazer, production can be doubled with the same operator involved.

Wire Feeders

Wire feeders enable you to save money on the alloy used for braze welding your parts. They also save operator time installing paste or preforms. Our systems incorporate the essential controls necessary to ensure the process runs smoothly.

Gas Flux

We can add gas flux to our brazers, which can replace paste flux in some cases. The gas flux process eliminates the need for post-cleaning on copper and brass parts, allowing them to go straight to the assembly line after brazing.

Gas Systems and Induction

Gas systems can be either air/fuel or oxy/fuel, while induction power supplies come in a variety of frequencies, depending on the materials being brazed. Call us today to help you choose the best heating type for your parts.

Service and Support

You don’t want a machine; you want a process that will lower your labor costs, increase production, improve quality, and enhance safety. Without service and support from your machine supplier, you can be left with a machine that no one understands. We are here to speak your language and ensure your machine stays in use.
